They erased his memories. But the war still lives in his mind.
Cody West is a troubled young man whose blackouts and neurological episodes reveal fragments of another life—one in which he was trained as a child, drafted into a classified Secret Space Program and forced to spend twenty years fighting an interstellar and temporal war.
After completing his service, Cody was age-regressed, had his memories erased and was returned to Earth at the moment he originally disappeared. Now the barriers between his two lives are breaking down. Visions of alien battlefields, lunar installations, shadow beings and ancient technology begin intruding into his present-day life, while the voice of his missing brother Kevin warns him that their final mission is not over.
Cody’s search for answers leads him to Dr. Evelyn Hill, a beautiful and dangerously manipulative psychiatrist with hidden ties to Project Moonshadow. As Cody recovers his stolen memories, he discovers that Kevin and their childhood friend Red Lee may still be alive within the erased timeline—and that a failed mission involving an ancient artifact could determine whether civilization survives the approaching Solar Micronova.
Adapted from the manga-illustrated novel and webnovel 20 and Back: Project Moonshadow, the series is designed as approximately 30 short, cliffhanger-driven episodes running two to four minutes each. Its mobile-first 9:16 presentation combines science-fiction, psychological horror, paranormal mystery, family drama and fast cinematic storytelling created for vertical entertainment platforms.
Each episode moves between Cody’s deteriorating life on Earth and flashes of his suppressed off-world service, gradually revealing the conspiracy that stole his childhood, his family and twenty years of his life.
